Our stay at this location was good. The hotel is located near shops, restaurants etc. Very convenient.

Liked: Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bedrooms, pool area, etc. were kept in tip top condition. Staff were teriffic.
Disliked: I cannot say this was bad, but it was surprising that breakfast was not included. Not even some toast. They do have buffet or a menu but there is a $10.00 charge for the buffet.

Very pleased. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and convenient to parking and on site amenities. Complimentary breakfast was excellent also.

Disliked: I arrived to the hotel after 5 1/2 hour drive and front desk clerk told me my room has been canceled by some lady from booking. I have showed my email confirmation # and still wasn’t able to get a room. I was so disappointed after driving long hours and no where to stay.I called and texted the manager suggested by front desk hotel to see if I could get a free stay on a different day and manager never answered my text.

Liked: The property was very clean and staff were friendly. Room accommodations were lovely and there was a nice variety at the continental breakfast. The location was very convenient for me as I was in town visiting the RIT campus nearby.

Liked: Was not aware of the pool being closed. Was notified on the day of check-in.
Disliked: The pool was closed

Liked: Nice pool and the rooms were ok. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good- very typical.
Disliked: Shade in room was broken and carpet needs replacing due to use. Front desk was rude and treated cleaning staff poorly. Room wasn’t ready at 3:30 and other people in our group had their reservations lost or wrong.
