Disliked: The power went out and there weren't thunderstorms. Our AC stopped working and it took the staff hours upon hours to try and fix it. FINALLY after they realized they couldn't fix the AC, another few hours passed, and they FINALLY got us another room. NEVER staying there again.

Liked: The staff are amazing and helpful , the restaurant has excellent service and, I tried their signature checkin tender and they deserve to be a “signature”. It’s a walking distance from attractions
Disliked: While sleeping and the bed/matters are super comfy and super clean, room/furniture AC, bathroom outdated and need renovations. Overpriced as it’s old

Liked: Front desk clerks were very nice and accommodating. My kiddo loved the pool and large room.

Liked: The staff were ok. The location was easy to find.
Disliked: 2 small elevators that fit 4 comfortably, more than that was pretty tight fitting.Coffee maker in room didn’t work, when I told the front desk they said, “only about half of them in the rooms work.”Bed could have been more comfortable. No free breakfast (apparently that’s only in the Holiday Inn express) Price was very high for minimal amenities)Pool was nice.
