Won’t stay here again.

Liked: Clean, friendly attentive staff.
Disliked: BREAKFAST. I won’t stay here again. Every other IHG hotel I’ve stayed at has a free breakfast. I went in, had a bagel and some bad oatmeal and cold coffee, and was charged $16 (including the tip, I’m not going to stiff an employee for a bad management decision). I left feeling ripped off.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was good.. but was charged extra for it when it was supposed to be included.. but the manager is making it right. The front desk gentleman was hilarious and kept me and my family laughing as we were there for a stressful Dr appointment and surgery for our daughter. The room was super comfy and roomie for me and my family.. staff was amazing..
