Liked: Hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive!!
Disliked: Some of the front desk staff English wasn't clear. Friday, which is a very busy day. Love the diversity, but English should not be extremely difficult to understand.

Liked: We enjoyed that the hotel was right on the boardwalk next to beach. The balcony view looking the ocean from our hotel room was very nice.
Disliked: The front lobby had a sewage smell. Very unpleasant especially when it’s the first thing you notice when you walk in. It would be nice if there was some sort of hotel scent they use in some of the other hotels to make it smell nice. The food service in the hotel restaurant was so slow. Both times we went for breakfast the food took forever to come out and it wasn’t that busy. The food was also very expensive and tasted average.

Liked: Room was amazing and the staff was so nice . i loved the hotel and will be coming back .

Liked: The views were great, steps from the beach, and the pools were nice. I liked being up from the beginning of the boardwalk because it was quieter, but the walk was long going down and back up when traveling with kids and my older parents.
Disliked: The beds were really hard and although the a.c. was on it was warm in the room and throughout the hotel.
