Liked: Very silent and have coin loundry

Liked: Luxurious and beautifully maintained. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Our room had a view of Lake Ontario. It was extremely comfortable and beautiful.

Liked: Room was large, well appointed and comfortable.
Disliked: Was automatically charged $4 for the bottle of water in the room and had to get it reversed. My credit card was on file so they could have charged it after I checked out if they found that it had been used. Internet extremely slow in business centre.

Disliked: Staff was very rude and my guests, who were from USA, UK, Saudi, and we had multiple rooms. Very embarrassing that my guests had this Canadian experience. Stay away!

Liked: Food was fantastic at the restaurant. Location is great too. Just off the QEW. Lots of space in my hotel room.
Disliked: My room was just starting to show some wear.

Liked: Good location near the highway.
Disliked: Based on user ratings, I was expecting much better, especially in terms of cleanliness. It wasn't necessarily "dirty," but it wasn't as clean as I was expecting.

Disliked: I was really surprise that no frigo on the room all the hotels or motel that I went they have it and a Holliday inn don't have it!!!!!!!!!! is like I was realllyyyyyyyyyy surprise but nxt time I know the reception explain that not all the rooms have it thanks
