Liked: No breakfast included on the price. You could purchase for $14 per person, so we optedFor IHop across the street.
Disliked: We booked a standard room with queen beds. When we checked in, the agent said sorry I have given the last of those rooms away. He offered us a king bed with a pull out sofa or a rollaway for an extra $15. Haven’t slept with a family member in 30 years but we did tonight. Who wants to sleep on a pull out sofa with that bar in your back all night! Told me if I wanted to complain contact the third party that we booked through, there was nothing he was going to do. Ride on every level.

Liked: EVERYTHING but most of all the STAFF !!!Aubrey, Eve & Alyssa at the front desk were absolutely phenomenal and couldn’t have gone any further to make our stay comfortable. This was not a planned stay. However, our car broke down and was towed to an auto shop in this town. We arrived in a tow truck at the front door & they went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable with their kindness & empathy. Other than that this was one of the nicest Holiday Inn’s we’ve stayed at. Very clean, nicely sized rooms, the cabinetry was lovely, bathrooms were spacious and very clean. But the people, oh - the people that’s what made all the difference. Superb customer service Aubrey, Alyssa & Eve. Thank you.
