Liked: We couldn’t have breakfast because there were no gluten free options at the restaurant :( .
Disliked: A down duvet would’ve been nice on the bed . There was only a sheet and bedspread. Also, my daughter has Celiac Disease and the restaurant had no gluten free options. The parking was an additional $36 which was frustrating as i thought it was included in the price

Liked: Nothing, the front desk double charged me, even though my stay was from Saturday to Sunday. The front desk said the only way I could book was through the booking app. When I did so, as it had passed midnight, I was unable to book the stay for the immediate night and the app automatically made the dates 14 th to the 15 th. I approached the front desk again after using the booking app in their lobby, telling him I have a confirmation number BUT it’s for the next night as we had passed midnight as I mentioned. He said no problem he would fix it and we wouldn’t be charged. I wake up Monday, the night AFTER our stay and I am charged for both Saturday AND Sunday although I NEVER stayed Sunday night as the front desk agent said he Cancelled it as we were only staying Saturday night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Convenient to train station and subway system, close to Centre Bell. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I wish there was a complimentary continental breakfast.
