Liked: There was an African-American lady at the front desk(older with braids that were tied in a big bun,looks to be in her 60' s who gave me a snooty attitude As soon as I came in I chose to deal with someone else she was very combative. (When I ask things like, what would the difference be that I will be paying she brushed me off saying"oh I don't know! THAT'S something I cannot see right now... in fact she lied because the young lady helped me right away with no hesitation! But wait I thought she said she couldn't look that up on the computer?!) I didn't ask her is there a way that we can possibly check in earlier mind you my attitude was very calm my body language was very calm she gets to rolling her neck slightly not too much because I don't want to overdo it, anyway she gets the rolling her neck making her eyes bigger I'm sorry I just can't do that it's not what you say it's how you say it I look very young in the face, and in most cases older women feel like oh hey I know better than you it was almost like she was upset that she had to deal with me 🥲The older woman was very very combative OVERALL as I stated, so I chose to simply get in the other line and I started talking to the other worker and she blabbing jumps into the conversation it was just a very unprofessional experience then as I turned away to walk out the black woman was making gestures with her face along with the other woman who I thought was much more professional however we will in fact be back to visit and I truly hope those ladies are not working there in the future the other lady tried to blend in and be professional but I know what it really was! I tried to speak with the manager and left a voicemail upon me coming back she pulls the manager in the back and I guess tells him some stuff. Hopefully next time we get a better stay!
Disliked: I hated that they close the pool at such early hours seeing that their kids who love to play in the water park also you have to wait till 9:00 a.m. to basically get in the pool when I've been at way nicer hotels and they basically let you get in the pool whenever you want to as far as the morning time go I think the earliest you can get in is at 6:00 a.m. and most places you can get in whenever you wake up and most places and then I think the cutoff time is 10:00 p.m. but they told us to cut off time was 9:00 for everyone. Also it was kind of weird that we didn't even get a chance to put our bags down and we got to knock at the door stating that we called the front desk with a leaking toilet it's almost like they expected us to do some things in the room but we are a very laid back family. Filthy rooms and bedding had...

Liked: Hay to be moved from room three times and the last one I had already given up and stopped complaining. First two rooms had filthy bedding and third room had a dirty shoe mark ontop of the bedding and the towel hanging in the bathroom bag toothpaste on it and toilet seat was very loose and would move when I sat. It was so late in the night and I drove 3 hours I just wanted to sleep. I used my own blanket and layed on top of bedding. I used my own article of clothing to dry off after shower. Truly disgusting rooms and if I could've gotten a refund and went to another hotel I would've but with the time of night and all the conferences going on in the area I didn't find anything at that time. Horrible experience.

Liked: Water park was total catastrophe. Very unsafe for the kids, several people without required wrist band, no one in charge to keep environment safe. Way overcrowded for area. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone!!
