Nice hotel

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: We were there for Morgan Wallen concert ( as was most of the guests in the hotel) It would have been nice if the hotel had offered a shuttle bus to the venue and back to the hotel. Once the concert got out, we had to wait 3 hours for an uber to the hotel. By the time we got back to the hotel, the bar and restaurant were closed and almost all the food in the small snack area was gone. It would have been nice to offer a shuttle even for a small fee.

Liked: The atmosphere was great!! The pool was great for kids all ages.
Disliked: The beds weren't too comfortable and really short. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty.

Liked: Indoor waterpark great for younger ages. Hotel restaurant decent pricing for pizza.Pool hours adhered to (no loud noises after 9pm)
Disliked: The pool cleanliness - water was terribly murky. No way it was meeting any standards for chemical maintenance. Beer cans everywhere, way over limit of allowed people in the pool.Hotel room opened to a back entrance for the pool area - doors were blackout which was great for privacy but so strange to have zero natural light.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I had my nephew that has special needs. There was a lifeguard there that did not speak any english that kept staring at my nephew and making it uncomfortable. I did talk to the manager about this situation. If my nephews were not so excited to be there I would have left.
