Disliked: The bed I slept in had ants. Very small ants. I killed 8 of them! It was winter, how do you have ants in winter?

Disliked: Breakfast was supposed to be included: it wasn’t; the workout facilities were not available; there were kids running up and down the hall banging on the doors- informed front desk- nothing was done. Front desk was not friendly, or helpful

Excellent pre surgery stay.

Decent Hotel to Stay
Liked: The staff members Pradhuman and Mariya were the best. They had the best customer service. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was big, and beds were comfortable. I didn't have any issue with the wifi, and the hot water unlike other reviewers complained about the wifi connectivity, and lack of hot water. Excellent location. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The bathroom sink and flow of the water in the sink. They need to upgrade at least the faucet of the sink.
