Liked: Staff were pleasant, but gave us incorrect information about ordering breakfast from stacks...disappointing. our shower broke and left 1 of 3 unshowered because not enough time left before our event.
Disliked: Closed restaurant

The room was big and...

Liked: We enjoyed how nice and friendly the reception staff was and the one cleaning lady we met Thursday April 17. She was very helpful.
Disliked: We were adb that the hotel was under Reno and that the gym area was not open.. we were happy to be told we could use the pool after a few hours or having as it was in maintenance. The new next ,we had time to go swimming when tomour disgust the pool water looked green and not maintained..almost looked like a greasy soup..and one of the light fixtures up above was actually having water dripping from it as there was a leak from. The ceiling.. the maintenance man claim it has just been fixed the day before... I don't think so. But anyway. Needless to say. We were also not Abel tomuse the pool. So all that I thought would be includes in what I was paying for didn't happen. Even the restaurant attached to the hotel was also closed. Breakfast not included and restaurant closed.. wow and the other things cause yes. There is more... The sink tap in the bathroom was leaking and a different cleaning lady opened our door without knocking all while the do not disturbed was on the outside handle and we still have 2 days there. We were very disappointed with that.

Disappointing

The hotel was under renovations...

Liked: The room was spacious did not feel crowded. The kitchenette was a great addition.
Disliked: No entrance light in the room hallway had to use the bathroom lights to see,

I found the staff to...

Liked: Location was perfect everywhere that I wanted to go to including coffee, shops, and breakfast restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing. There is construction on Wellington Road, but there is also an entrance to get into the hotel . So no issues there.

Pleasant stay and the hotel...

Liked: The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The location was ideal because it had a grocery store, lots of eating places and a mall within proximity.
Disliked: I know there is construction going on but the hotel needs to list exactly what is not available. Free breakfast is a voucher for a pancake place close by. There is no gym and the pool could be warmer and the water was a bit murky; felt more like a lake.

Disliked: It would have been nice to have breakfast options included in the coffee station. ex muffin, snack bar
