Disliked: Too much to list. Stains on carpet in room. Cold coffee. No towels for pool and when requested (as a 5 year old was shivering at front desk) completely dismissed and they never provided towels and didn’t apologize. Hot tub was completely covered in scum and foam..so disgusting. Luggage cart had a flat tire which was literally cut. My husband said it obviously had been that way for a very long time.
