The hotel is ver nice...

Liked: The ubication is very good and the restaurants the food is delicius
Disliked: The document of reservation that I have received from Booking show as wrong address 401 Second Street, Clearwater Beach, FL 33785, Estados Unidos is not correct, I have speend more than 40 minuts looking for the hotel. The Pool is very small for the all hotel Also when I did the check out in the lobby bill a charge for aminities for USD 41,81 the charge supposed to included in the reservation, also when I asking to the personal confirm was a mistake. However I sutilmente with the charge in the credit card

Disliked: Wood around deck was old. Loose wood and splinters!

Very disappointed for just under...

Liked: We booked a kitchenet suite for a family of 6. We received 2 comforters the kitchen had 2 forks,spoons and knifes. " If you charge for 6 people accommodate for 6 people".The 1 pot and pan that was provided were old steel and almost impossible to cook with. The jacuzzi tub handles if we're broken

The location was great! But...

Liked: close walk to restaurants, the beach, other activities. our AC unit was VERY loud (had to turn it off to sleep at night, but then we could hear all the other commotion). after reaching out to the manager, maintenance came and fixed it that day, and was MUCH quieter (although I wish I would have brought it up sooner so we could have slept better).
Disliked: The AC unit/fan was extremely loud (but was fixed, see above), the room could have used a bit of TLC (some updating done, but missing/dirty trim and beat-up looking bathroom). There was a LaCrosse group that came in towards the end of our stay that was very loud in the connecting room and above us (thin walls). Would recommend drapes for rooms facing the courtyard to offer some room-darkening for sleeping at night. There was a mixup with booking I was 100% certain I choose breakfast included but it was not. The extra charge for the mini golf (which was not listed on the website). There were some guests that appeared to be there for an extended stay, but they would smoke outside their rooms, so the entire courtyard smelled of smoke (one in particular that was smoking pot right next to our room, so that was gross). There was still lots of damage from the hurricane, but for the price we paid would have expected a little more. It was ok, but not sure I would stay again.
