Liked: Room was nice; bed was comfortable.

A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: They were very accommodating to us. We needed to leave our bags but have a late check in and they were happy to help us out. Very easy to deal with

Disliked: The building/parking lot is very confusing. Arriving after a long trip with lots of bags was frustrating because I had to circle the block to find a way into the building.
