Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Chicago - Downtown By IHG

Liked: Room was nice; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I always like a complimentary breakfast which wasn't available. I am usually in a hurry.

A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Poor

Disliked: Not very clean. Breakfast was stupidly expensive. Price for rooms was too much. Even my children noticed how dirty and run down the room and bathroom was. They keep talking about. This Holiday Inn does not meet typical holiday inn standards.
