Liked: Room was nice; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I always like a complimentary breakfast which wasn't available. I am usually in a hurry.

A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to Train Station

Liked: Super close to the train station (3 blocks) easy to walk to/from.Easy to walk to food & shopping. Allowed early check in & a late check out due to our train schedule with my IHG membership!
Disliked: No complaints

Comfortable stay at hotel not...

Liked: Friendly staff, NO bugs, clean, large rooms, safe, very comfortable bed
Disliked: Tiny bathroom, the only entrance in or out was to a parking lot with huge ramps and into a parking lot filled with rats at nighttime, not very accessible at all. Do not waste money on breakfast that would be free at most hotels.

Liked: Decent location, could walk to some food and shopping. Easy to get ubers.
Disliked: Booked two queen beds, got an ADA king room. Check in was 3, let them know I'd be early, they couldn't accommodate - understandable. Came back at 3, room still wasn't ready. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Was told they'd bring a roll away, they never did. Lobby looks new and nice, rest of the buildibg needed structural work. Staff was friendly and personable. Room clean, but a bit run down. Insane to spend $500 for one night there.

Disliked: The parking was horrible their parking lot is too small and they charge way too much to park there! I think your parking should be included in your price of your room! I stayed for 4 nights and already paying over $900 to stay I had to pay an additional $65 a night for parking and could never find a parking spot!
