Liked: Room was nice; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I always like a complimentary breakfast which wasn't available. I am usually in a hurry.

A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: The hotel was o.k. It was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The price of the room was high and did not include breakfast. The streets in the area we unwalkable due to construction so even though we were close to some things we could not walk there.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here...

Liked: Proximity to UIC was excellent. Room was clean and quiet. Queen size beds (a huge plus) were comfortable. On-site parking was appreciated.
Disliked: Bathroom was clean, but quite small for four people to move around in and get ready for the day.

Liked: Staff was amazing, friendly, helpful. Bed was very comfortable, great pillows. Excellent location, easy to get to/from Union Station.
Disliked: Some snacks for purchase in the lobby were expired.
