A great stay! We booked the hotel wanting something close to the United Center for an event we were attending. Honestly, we were a little leery because the cost so was so reasonable and it was so close to the venue - we thought it was too good to be true, but we took a chance and ended up being extremely impressed. The hotel was very clean and the staff...unbelievable - they were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Loved the fact that there was a restaurant right downstairs; convenient and reasonable parking, and just a little over a mile from the United Center. Would definitely stay here again!

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. I stayed for 4 nights every day it was limited same menu. Just pork, egg, potato and fruits. There was no bread even.

Liked: Was a nice location and we were able to Uber to most attractions in downtown Chicago, booked last minute and was still reasonably affordable. From lobby is renovated and clean.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking and the roaches we saw in the hallways were evidence. The on site restaurant looked really deserted and we waited for 10 min for someone to seat us for dinner but no staff came out from the back. No indoor pool do not ideal if traveling with kids in the winter.
