Best value option for downtown...

Liked: The location was great. Walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Free shuttle if walking isn’t your preference. We ate at STIR and Agave & Rye. Both were great. Breakfast at Maple Biscuit and Innside Restaurant delivered and we also recommend.
Disliked: The parking is pricing but the service was quick. We were not told about the Rodizio restaurant located inside the hotel. We stumbled on it by accident the last day. Surprised the hotel staff did not point that out.

CDM Stay at Holiday

Liked: Location, Marquita, the GM because she has EXCELLENT Service Recovery Skills. Rodizio has good food and GREAT Staff i.e. Please and Layla
Disliked: Serious billing and communication issues with Staff and 3rd Party Vendor Booking. Com! Booking advertises Pay At The Property. IHG billed 2 days in advance. Kevin C at Front Desk Check-In said Valet Parking would come out of Incidental fee, only for Hotel to bill a separate charge for Parking.Marquita fixed it! And gave me room goodies!Yeah Marquita !

Liked: I liked the location and the breakfast. The quietness of the area.
Disliked: The valet locked my keys in my car and made me late for a meeting.
