Disliked: Booking stated all rooms have fridge/microwave. This isn’t true. Hotel says only suites have that. Also seemed like breakfast would be included but it wasn’t.

Liked: Good location. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning service was good. The breakfast is also in general fine and with variety but the cafe capuchino was not good. The attention in the restaurant was fine.
Disliked: The room was smaller than I expected. We paid the extra price for the "view" and it was disappointing because we only saw the back part of other hotels and not the city. Don't pay extra for this view. We had a problem with the key cards one day, they were deactivated and we had to come back to the reception to activate, I don't understand why they deactivated if my checkout would be the next day. Finally it was one evening I needed to ask something and I called the reception and they didn't answer. I called three or four times and no answer, again we had to go to the reception personally to receive an answer and the receptionists were there, why didn't they answer the phone?
