I will never stay at...

Disliked: The front desk staff were very rude, one lady in particular.The noise level in that hotel was very, very loud. The cleaning staff in the morning, and also we could hear doors closing all the time.Sent text at 9:30 to tell me check out time was approaching, we were there for a medical reason and did not need to be awakened to tell me it was just about time to get out.

Liked: The breakfast is not included and the price is already high. I was not spending another $15 on breakfast. The hotel is nice and staff were great. Just a bit high in price for what you get. They charge for everything!!!!
