Liked: Staff was very nice. Especially in the restaurant. One woman particularly was very kind. We ordered food for our kids to take back up to the room, they forgot our Mac and cheese and the lady brought it up to the room for us so we didn?t have to come back downstairs. I wish I could remember her name.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. I was forced to find a place to stay due to power outage. The Holiday Inn worked with me by letting me book extra nights just in case with no cancelation charges. Very good customer service in a time of need for me and my family. Couldn't have been happier.
Disliked: Don't believe there is anything bad to say.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The pool and place were worn down and dirty. No heads up that they were remodeling. Not very friendly.

Disliked: The hotel was being reconstructed during our stay, it would have been nice, if the person I book this hotel would mentioned it. No breakfast included in the price of the hotel. Not clean.

Liked: I marked that I only wanted free breakfast and this popped up. When we checked in I found it was additional cost. I won?t use your site again. Poor search engine.

We will definitely stay here...
Liked: The breakfast is always good and Tori does an exceptional job. Location is great and appreciated the upgrade to suite for more room after the first night without hesitation!
Disliked: The only thing I was disappointed in is you still have to make reservation to get into the indoor pool and I always forget to call ahead of our arrival to do so...... I know it's for our own safety but when You have a nine year old wanting to swim, it's hard to explain why they can't go in.
