Liked: Cleanliness, comfortable beds
Disliked: A kitchen worker said in ear shot of my sister…who had just ask her a question..”beggars can’t be choosers”! I don’t even know why such a classless statement was made like that. We stayed two nights (never again)and I paid about $420 CC! Who was begging for we paid? We had several family members there..and at the other Holiday Inn. I’m going to try to persuade them not to do business with you again.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work, the staff didn’t know what to do or had any answers to why it didn’t work, the toilet was old with old stains on it. The FLOORS! My GOD the floors need to be deeply shampooed the room smelled old then I seen the carpets and knew that was the problem.

Liked: The rooms are nice just horrible housekeeping
Disliked: There were roaches in one room so we got a complemented upgrade to a suite.. we get to the suite and there’s a clearly slept in bed and dirty towels In the bathroom. We pay for nice rooms to avoid this so it was very disappointing!!

Please try to finish construction...
