Disliked: The restaurant/bar on the main floor needs a host. I waited 20 minutes on someone to come wait my table for breakfast. I ended up leaving and finding something to eat elsewhere.

A frustrating stay with poor...

Liked: The size of the rooms was very nice, and the location is good. There are a number of restaurants and stores in the area that are very convenient.
Disliked: The wait at check-in took a long time, and then we saw the signs that the pool/spa was closed. That was an important amenity (and one of the reasons we chose the hotel), but the hotel did not communicate that it wasn't working before our stay (in fact, all of the pictures in the emails highlighted the spa/pool). The hotel put an extra hold on my credit card, but would not print out an invoice, which I needed for reimbursement. The beds seemed worn, and the shower had rust stains. When we went down for breakfast, we were told that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. I checked my reservation information on my phone and confirmed that I had registered three people for a "wonderful breakfast." We decided to check out early, and, when I asked about the breakfast, the staff person claimed that I had paid for two breakfasts, not three. At that point, she gave us a voucher for breakfast for two (which meant I had to go to the nearby Starbucks for mine). Breakfast arrived after 40 minutes, and we were late for our conference as a result.
