Liked: Location was good to the campus and downtown.
Disliked: The price was super inflated for the weekend. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Disliked: The heavy set Caucasian lady was rude, was not found in the front desk for long time(someone should be at the front desk at all time, right?), unprofessional, was irritable, not courteous at all. She may not bring business to your facility. I wont stay there in future. The AAF in the front desk did not have any skills to check us in faster. Will need more training.

Liked: location is good.
Disliked: the guest in next room talking with loud TV all the nights, could not fall into sleep foe 2nights. Terrible experience.

Overall it served the purpose...

Liked: The front desk and everyone who work there are very polite and helpful.
Disliked: There was no bar soap and had to come down and get it from the front desk. For 290$ a night, this should have been provided in the room. The room is outdated decor and very basic.

Liked: I was very pleased with how clean the room was. The beds were very comfortable. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting locations close by for dinner. We had a great night's rest.
Disliked: The outside trash cans were overflowing with trash. Falling on the ground around the main door.
