It was good enough for...

Liked: Very good location and around the corner from Disneyland which is why we were there for.
Disliked: rooms are outdated, I which the tv had more stuff like netflix and disney plus for the kids.

Horrible they stole my money!

Liked: THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!!I called on 06/05/2025 and said I would be arriving around 3 am on the morning of the 06/06/2025. I explained I would only be staying for a few hours since I was driving in from out of town for a cruise leaving on 06/06/2025 and just needed a few hours rest before going to port. I asked them should I book for the night of the 5th or the night of the 6th and the said if I’m arriving before 5am I should book for the night before because they would not allow check in that early in the morning. I booked for the night of the 5th around 10pm at night and arrived at 3am the morning of the 6th. I checked in and they were trying to charge me $467 and they immediately changed it and said it will be $162.91 for the night and a $100 security deposit. I agreed and checked in. I checkout out at 7:30am 06/06/2025 and went to my cruise. When I got back from my cruise I saw the hotel charged me $325 and I called and asked what the charge was for. They said they charged me a no show and my room and tax. The front desk guy said he could not help me and hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked for the manager. The manager was not available and the front desk guy was very rude again called me a b**** and to shut up and hung up the phone yet again. I called back an hour later and spoke with the manager who then hung up on me again and when I called back said I had a bad phone and it was my phone messing up. Did not apologize for the disconnection and then told me the charge was valid because I was a no call no show but I was there I showed up. I went down to the hotel to try to speak with him and he was so rude and aggressive in person was calling me names said this is what’s wrong with America. Mind you I’m MEXICAN! With everything going on in this country I could not believe what I was hearing.

Comfortable, and great value

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious
Disliked: The hot tub wasn't hot, it was luke warm and cold when you got out. It would be nice to get in a hot tub after walking so much at the park all day.
