Rude staff

Liked: The facilities were clean and comfortable beds and nice big rooms
Disliked: The staff at front desk was rude, I had to go get the stuff I requested from the front desk, was not allowed to add the breakfast the next day even though I was never told that I could add breakfast upon check in. You need better staff.
