Liked: Clean rooms and location for attending a concert.
Disliked: The air conditioning was out when we arrived and the elevators didn't work when we left.

Liked: Great location! Close to the cruise port in Miami.
Disliked: The room felt very dated. It could use an update and a deep clean. I felt as though it wasn?t as clean in terms of details like behind the doors or in cracks and crevices of the bathroom. I don?t feel like there is an attention to detail being paid having stayed at other IHG branded properties.

The stay was memorable.
Liked: I love the breakfast and the Staff members were helpful
Disliked: You can tell one of the front desk hotel staff is new. They didn?t know the proper policy for the hotel. The remainder amount shouldn?t have been refunded because they didn?t know what they were doing, we had to figure out a way to get the amount and stay here. They need to properly train their people a little more. The rest of the days were okay, the breakfast is especially great and some staff members are really sweet.

Liked: The location was great! Close to everything and a spectacular view!!
Disliked: Parking sucks! I paid for valet parking, drove to the lot they told me to only to get there and be told they were at capacity even though I counted 6 empty parking spaces. I was extremely upset. I had to park a block away and drag my luggage with me. Staff wasn?t very apologetic about it.
