Disliked: Everything. Worst “Holiday Inn” ( is it even still Holiday Inn ? There are no signs anywhere to suggest it is) I’ve ever stayed in worldwide. Certainly not the consistency/standard one would expect from Holiday Inn . Beds were very small , fine for 2 people but very uncomfortable with 4 of us friends sharing. Room tired and dated, not very clean, did not contain the advertised coffee machine - I had to find house keeping and request one, as well as request the cups and towels appropriate for a room booked for 4 people. Non English speaking staff. Bathroom fittings were cracked and all need upgrading. Lifts in poor order, and took forever, stairs not clearly signposted. Characterless unappealing bar/restaurant which felt like a works canteen, very limited menu - even more limited if like me you are vegetarian,though the green salad and bowl of fries were nice.
