My sister and I had a very good experience and will always return. The combination of a comfortable clean room, friendly efficient staff, and great location was perfect. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable.

Liked: We love having a balcony. It was a good location, off of the main French Quarter streets, which were very lively.
Disliked: We thought the restaurant was part of the hotel, but were told it was a separate area. The prices for food and drinks were out of line of what we expected to pay.

Disappointing

Disliked: they charged me $165 for valet parking when i did not even have a car nor did i valet park. very rude when i called to get a refund

Liked: The staff was amazing
Disliked: The hallway smelled musty, the floors in the room were filthy, the doors were cruddy(I took a Lysol wipe to wipe the door by the handle and it was black) black mold in the sink, the tub didn’t drain, when you turned the shower on 1/2 the water came out of the faucet and 1/2 came from shower head. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling off the wall. Room smelled. That was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I am shocked that Holiday Inn attaches their name to it. The reviews were deceiving. Very disappointed!!!

Liked: The room was clean and the location was good.
Disliked: I had to ask for tissue and hand soap several times. I was underwhelmed with the pool. I thought that the rooms were a little dated.

Adequate but wouldn't stay here...
Liked: Nice to have a safe in room. location was good. Valet service was good.
Disliked: Bed was not a king size... more like a queen. Bathroom was shabby...paint peeling on ceiling.would have liked morning coffee available downstairs. dirty vents in room.
