Liked: Clean and comfortable; staff was helpful; good location was also a plus.

My sister and I had a very good experience and will always return. The combination of a comfortable clean room, friendly efficient staff, and great location was perfect. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable.

Decent place to crash if...

Liked: The hotel is set right in the middle of the French Quarters, so you're able to do a lot of walking around. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Water machine was a plus.
Disliked: There wasn't any free parking. You either had to pay $50 for valet parking or $46.71 at the nearby parking garage if you parked for more than 12 hours. Be prepared to pay for parking.

Liked: Restaurant staff were super nice and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel is not clear with Booking that they do not have an "inclusive" breakfast menu.Please beware that the restaurant is an ala cart restaurant. It does not matter if you pain for inclusive breakfast or not, you will be made to pay for anything you order. All they offer you is a voucher for the breakfast that cut out some of the fee and you pay the rest.What made me rate so low is unfortunately they did not honor the third visitor in the room who was included in the Booking fee for breakfast, and only provided vouchers for two people. I think this could have been better managed by the front desk or supervisor who instead insisted that the fee paid through booking for an inclusive breakfast only included two persons on their end when my booking included three people. Its unheard of when you use booking to include breakfast that it would exclude any of the total number of guests.Unfortunately another issue that arose was being made to pay a $240 amenity fee once you are on the site. This included a collapsible water bottle and a few vouchers for food and beverage. I later discovered that according to Booking policies they are not allowed to charge you any more than 150$ for incidentals. This amenity fee was just more money taken and could not be avoided. In addition to this the few vouchers given for food and beverage cannot be combined with the breakfast voucher. All in all you will be left with a bunch of vouchers, you can only really use one per break fast order and on top of that you are still paying for breakfast.Overall for my stay the difference in choosing breakfast included versus not was $350, plus the addition of the ammenity fee of $240 + the fact I was still paying for food.They should have just plainly said its an ala cart menu so you can order as you please.The rooms are very stuffy at times and cleanliness isn't the best unfortunately.

Liked: The location for visiting the French Quarter is fantastic. $50/day for Valet parking was a bit high. The forced...?$35 I think for a flimsy foldable water bottle and useless "restaurant discounts" & $5 "coins" for any trips purchased thru the Hotel Concierge boarders on extortion. The room was comfortable and clean. The hall carpets needed to be replaced about 10 yrs ago. Overall, this Hotel is a 6 or 7 out of 10 only due to its convenient location.

Location! Comfortable!

Liked: The location was so perfect to walk to restaurants and entertainment. It was close to Bourbon Street but oh, so quiet! The valet parking was eonderful
Disliked: I can think of no improvements to suggest.
