Disliked: I didn’t like the service from the day manager as there was a rat in the hotel lobby . Response to resolve it wasn’t great at all. I also paid for double room was offered single bed with free breakfast because I was on my own . Single bed wasn’t clean .

Liked: I was allowed to checked- in 2 hours before. That’s really great and I appreciate the staff’s help really. The hotel is very close to Metro(Schuman) and bus stops. European Parliament, JubelParc, Leopoldparc, EU History museum etc. are 10- 15 walk away from the hotel. Nice coffee shops and convenient store are just few minutes away as well. I like the fact that the area is quiet too.
Disliked: It’s just the little noise coming from the shower room that sounds like a train is passing by, but tolerable. Otherwise, almost perfect.
