Liked: Breakfast was good, We used the $15 coupon provider at check in for the attached restaurant. We were not told that if we checked out, to validate the Coupon we had to be checked back in. All customers should be told this.

Liked: The hotel is clean and near restaurants and a movie theater.
Disliked: The staff member who checked us in gave us no information - not like the wifi code, check out time, etc. Then we saw the sign that the pool was closed--this is poorly hidden on their website. Pool will be closed until 4/1/24.

Liked: Clean and quiet.
Disliked: That there wasn’t breakfast and front desk was awol!!

Failure of staff Saturday

Liked: Pool
Disliked: Saturday morning manager and the party that lasted outside our room until 2AM

Liked: Friendly costumer service! It was clean modernized!The room had a king bed and a twin bed and a pullout build in. Which I thought was pretty awesome!It had a restaurant & pool but the hot tub wasn't working that night.
Disliked: I liked everything except the bed indented in and saggy and the sheets had a rough and itchy texture & pillows weren't that comfortable I couldn't sleep all through the night.

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The hot tub wasnt working while we were there and it didnt seem like there was much urgency on the staff standpoint to get it fixed. Im so tired of hotels, not maintaining their hot tubs. I seem to find this with a lot of Holiday Inn hotels post Covi

Liked: How clean it was & friendly the staff were. Felt like home.
Disliked: No.

Liked: Hotel was great - all of our problems turned out to be with Booking.com
Disliked: Booking.Com fouled up our reservation.
