Very poor

Disliked: No person to help me with luggage. I'm handicapped. No person at the front desk to answer the phone. Refused to give me a receipt for my stay.

Disliked: Parking lot was in repairs.

Disliked: Still working on parking garage after several years!

Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. Took a long time to get hot water when attempting to shower. Overall shabbiness.

Disliked: Size of bathroom hard to get out of the they called it a long suite not with that timy bathroomnot enough lighting had to move lamp into bedroom Only one ice machine for building

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were very kind and accommodating.The breakfast was amazing, good variety. The pool area was beautiful.
Disliked: There was an odd smell throughout the halls and in the lobby. There was no on-site parking. You had to park next door at the bank, which didn't seem safe. There were many street walkers out hanging around the front entrance. The hall that connected the hotel to the area where other businesses were located, wreaked of urine.
