Welcome to the Holiday Inn and Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires Centrally located in downtown Pittsfield Massachusetts. Enjoyed stay- will book agaain.

Liked: Our room was beautiful. Staff was vey nice, Valet parking attendant was very nice also.We ate in the restaurant & it was delicious, staff very nice. Nice location to Colonial Theaterwe were able to walk there & back. Will book again.
Disliked: No issues.

Very pleasant and friendly staff....

Liked: The free Valet
Disliked: Did not stay long enough , but once the parking lot is finished this hotel will be a very nice place to stay.

Liked: Pool if outdated was warm
Disliked: Dirty beds made up, had to go down for new linen to remake beds. Parking Garage & Jacuzzi always "under construction with little hope of ever being repaired.
