Disliked: Had to pay for breakfast...restaurant not usual breakfast buffet like expected. Long wait to be served and told they were out of eggs which the menu offered omlettes and various dishes that required eggs. After waiting 20 minutes for a waiter and then no order taken for another 15 minutes we got up and left with crying little children. Drive to McDonalds for breakfast....not a good start for a day of travel ahead of us. I had 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 children in one room and 3 adults and 3 children in another. The rooms were very nice. But we needed 2 more towels per room and non were available, the pool where the children swam that evening had no towels left for our group. The front desk said all towels were in the dryer and would not be dry for 2 hours. What? We used our room towels. Now we really had no towels for showers. The hot tub was out of order. Reviews back in April reported the hot tubs down. Looks like a lovely new hotel has some management issues. I'm not a complainer. I love a clean room and surrounding....but these small details set everyone running up to our rooms...to the front desk...more than once. Breakfast issue...that recked the morning! I hope others had a more positive breakfast experience. This breakfast model didn't work for us at all.

Disliked: The night desk clerks wander around and are hard to get help from and have no business in customer service. I was not given any information about the hotel, not about elevators, parking, included breakfast, etc. When we went back down to ask about breakfast, we were told that only 3 of our 4 guests could be included, despite booking the room for 4 people and no disclosure or indication anyone would not be allowed, of course we had to wait 10 minutes at the desk until the two young ladies wandered back to assist. They seem slightly put out by having to engage with customers, are not particularly friendly or welcoming. Although the morning staff was better, there appears to be no emphasis on hospitality at this location.Oh! And the address for the hotel is inaccurate on booking.com AND the actual hotel website, it takes you almost 3 miles away to a residential neighborhood, that's awesome. Fortunately the address for the attached restaurant got us to the hotel - so I guess if you like to puzzle your way to a hotel and don't need people to be particularly friendly or helpful, this place might be for you.

Disliked: I booked a room for four people through this website. which stated breakfast was included. But when i got there I had to pay extra for two people ,I was very disappointed.
