Was okay but can find...

Liked: Having access to the pool is good. Large bed.
Disliked: Again in a holiday inn / express the request for a cot wasn’t listened to. These are the only chain that dont seem to pay attention to this, although staff did rectify. Very expensive for what you get.

A trip to Wimbledon/ hampton...

Liked: The hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are brilliant and can not do m9re for you. And the l9cation is very good if you want to drive into London.
Disliked: It's not the hotels fault - but the electric charging stations are BP and are rubbish. Very hot and miss. Just be warned if you have an EV

Liked: The hotel was modern and clean. Had lots of handy amenities. Good breakfast.
Disliked: I was charged twice for my stay! Contacted the hotel who apologised for their mistake. And have claimed to have issued a refund which could take up to 7 days. Just be mindful when pre-paying for your stay. The changing rooms could do with updating for the swimming pool.

Great hotel

Liked: We stayed here to break up our journey from Sheffield to Gatwick airport as it was just off the M1. The room was great, comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely!! Very happy with our time here and would stay again.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like :)
