Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Looking very tired, toilet not cleaned properly, towels poor quality, toilet since needed replacing. Had to pay extra for parking.

Perfectly adequate hotel with easy...

Liked: Easy access from M1. Nice bar area with variety of seating options. Clean and tidy hotel.
Disliked: The window didn’t fully close in room 70. Quite noisy. Could hear road noise and other guests. There was a coach trip of young people so a lot of running and knocking noise from the corridor.

Liked: The hotel was modern and food in bar / lounge was of a high standard. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. As we're the bathrooms. Good for a short stay or business trip. We were there for Harry Potter Studios and the staff were very friendly and engaging with my daughter. Apart from the pool a seamless stay!
Disliked: The pool and spa facilities were not clean need to be updated. We had to book a slot to use the pool. It was over crowded ( maybe as was Easter holiday) water in pool was murky and I wasn't comfortable swimming with my daughter.

Excellent, staff were amazing and...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, room was great for our needs (a little hot at night, but we were brought a fan) bed was comfortable
Disliked: Nothing we didnt like
