Liked: The breakfast was good. The room was big and spacious.
Disliked: The deposit to pay that I wasn't expecting as already paid for the room. There was no space in the dining room so we had dinner in the bar area- where the bartender served 2 men before me even though I was the only one waiting at one point. The fitness centre was handy, but in need of some tlc. Posters stuck over old posters, cracks in the tiles.

Liked: Very pleasant experience from the welcoming emails to the physical signing out at Reception. We were made to feel special. Everything ran efficiently. Room squeaky clean and sparkling with comfortable beds (twin). Breakfast superb with lots of choice. The Health Spa was an added bonus... BUT...
Disliked: The Health Club was an added bonus but, although the Pool itself was well used, and maintained, the surrounding areas (changing rooms & lockers, showers, toilets, immediate surround to the Pool) were not in keeping with the high standard of the accommodation offered in the Hotel. These areas all looked 'tired' and in need of a re-furbish.

Liked: Lush breakfast. Restaurant and gym facilities were fab.
Disliked: Bed's a bit uncomfortable.

Disliked: Incident happened in the night with woman being attacked in her room 2nd floor then man getting away woman trying to smash window while I'm outside to jump out and staff literally did nothing to control the environment or the welfare of the woman the manager didn't check on her until atleast 45mins into incident when I'm begging for them to help as she was screaming help the manager got my partner to talk to police the manager asked us to video man driving away putting us in danger then I eventually got woman down stairs no help from staff to welfare her until police arrived all at 12am going to collect our uber eats also the spa was unsafe parents walking round pool video and in outside shoes only 1 member of staff who admitted it wasn't safe or right plus he was suffering from a bad back we had 2 night stay second day he was off with his back so next staff told us I'm here but it isn't my job I'm bars there were tissue everywhere in steam room kids throwing things across pool swearing and dive bombing so no1 else could enjoy I'm a paramedic and your kids are not safe at all here they use it cause of Harry Potter but I've never stayed somewhere so bad in morning I spoke with manager he said I ll give u money back for last night and I said I'm so upset and stressed from all we went through last night also manager on night didn't thank me didn't even engage at all with me I spoke to guy Ben on reception who was so overwhelmed by what was going on he said to us that it wasn't handle properly at all and didn't make her safe as he used to work for st John's ambulance when police arrived the manager who never spoke to us through it all then sent ben to ask us if we would tell police what happened I said no you should know as I don't work here and u didn't want to talk to me when I was helping u all in panic they had a female who stayed late from bars hanna no help at all was totally overwhelmed to the...
