Disliked: You don't specify whether the standard room is to be a twin or a double or not. So the hotel guessed a double and I needed a twin. We had to change rooms and it was lucky they still have a twin available. Really annoying.

Disliked: Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows and a quilt cover that didn't fit the quilt an had holes in cover there was no mini fridge in the room, the iron was dirty an the ironing board was falling apart, the floor tiles in the bathroom sounded like they were cracking when walking on them there were damp stains on the bathroom ceiling and the bedroom carpet had some nasty looking stains. The breakfast was very disappointing hot buffet was over cooked but cold when pastries where brought out fresh they were already cold all in all I felt the value for money was extremely low dont think we'll be booking again

Disliked: On checkout they informed me that I had ordered dinner/ evening meal to be delivered to my room!!. On the first night I didn't arrive till just gone 8pm and had had dinner before I arrived. On day 2, the reason for being at the hotel, I attended a funeral in Hemel Hempstead and the wake, which was held at the hotel. Therefore absolutely no need to order a meal to be delivered to my room!!
