Liked: Sauna, mini-gym, breakfast. Comfy beds, clean in the rooms. Proximity to the public transport.

Very fine hotel.

Liked: Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Location directly at exhibition center and very close to train station. Direct trains to airport. Tram to city in front of hotel.
Disliked: Wifi stable but not really fast. No toilet brush? Toilet shower not working? Strange invoice format:: Not really obvious which entity issues the invoice and to which entity the invoice is adressed. Probably to really meeting European accounting requirements?

Nice facilities but the staff...

Liked: The staff was unfriendly and it seemed like they hated being there. The front desk was empty most of the time and it was hard to find anyone. Also, it felt like it’s impossible to get a printed invoice.
