Typical IHG confusion. I asked for a twin room but got a double bed

Liked: Usual breakfast
Disliked: To actually get what was ordered that is a twin bedded room not a double! I have used IHG many times over the years but their customer service has, I'm afraid nose dived! The local staff are always left to try and sort things out. I recommend chck, check and check again that they are going to provide what you have ordered
