Holiday Inn Hartford Downtown Area an IHG Hotel

Close to Rentschler Field made it convenient . Other than the room not being really clean, it was a great stay.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Room wasn't real clean.

Liked: Location is great. Easy on and off highway. Close to civic center. The staff was friendly and tried their best.
Disliked: Poor management. What hotel runs out of towels? What hotel advertises dinner and never opens? Beds ok, bathroom ok. Whole place needs a facelift.

Liked: It was close to the convention center , easy check in, parking available.

Great location but lacks cleanliness

Liked: It was right off the freeway. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Not clean. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned and their were stains and hairs on a few of the towels. Heater didn’t work properly.

Liked: Close proximity to city centre and just off the motorway; clean and comfortable room. 24 hour check in facility useful for varying flight times.
Disliked: We were situated directly next door to a meeting room which meant we were woken really quite early by conferences with no advance warning
