Close to Rentschler Field made it convenient . Other than the room not being really clean, it was a great stay.

Liked: Location is great. Easy on and off highway. Close to civic center. The staff was friendly and tried their best.
Disliked: Poor management. What hotel runs out of towels? What hotel advertises dinner and never opens? Beds ok, bathroom ok. Whole place needs a facelift.

Liked: It was close to the convention center , easy check in, parking available.

Liked: Convenient location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Guests on floor above ours were VERY noisy - loud talk, music and even a basketball bouncing on the floor. Even after front desk said they'd have security deal with the situation - it still took over 1/2-hr to quiet down - at 2:30 AM.

Liked: this isn't a luxury hotel but it has a great location and wonderful staff.
Disliked: I wish they would have free coffee in the lobby 24/7 like some other hotels are offering.

Liked: What I liked best about this hotel was the fact that there was a separate entrance through the side in which I could park my car.
Disliked: There were a few things I did not like about the hotel. Upon arrival, I realized I had never seen any pictures of the hotels bathroom and I quickly understood why. The bathroom was small, outdated and not working properly. The fridge was unplugged, etc.
