Liked: Breakfast was not offered. Front desk could not help me with a separate charge that came up on my AMX? I was told to call direct. CAll Who? What number do i call to reach help on a misterious charge. I need to know when I always book Holiday Inn Express that i get 1 charge for correct amount, not another charge for $63.00!? Very dissappointing. I love I.H.G.
Disliked: No one seems to know how to navigate charges. I do not like you have put u a gate between clerks and clients.

Liked: Shower pressure was in room but overall room and hotel was good
Disliked: Shower pressure and curtains in shower were in need of being replaced and reconfigured

Disliked: Roof work was very loud, distracting and frightening. Didn’t know if the roof was going to cave in or not. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work for the iron and our cellphone charge.
