Liked: Breakfast was great and the gym is extremely well equipped with a great view The location is wonderful and convenient
Disliked: I did not get a slot for underground hotel parking and I was not allowed to book in advance. You can make a system that when you book and do not arrive then the money can be taken, just like for the room, with a time limit

Liked: The restaurant food was good, as was the service.

Double-booking

Disliked: We chose this hotel because of the room type and we booked a suite (travelling with a child) months in advance. The hotel had double booked and could not offer us the suite we had booked. They offered us free breakfast for the two days and adjoining rooms, but otherwise had nothing to say. They asked us to navigate through the different clerks, explaining the situation repeatedly over multiple days to multiple clerks. They made the mistake, they should look into the situation, not us the client. They should come up with a fair offer - it's not something we should have to ask for. They repeatedly said that they could not offer a refund because the stay was booked and payed through Booking.com. It is unacceptable.
