The hotel was ok, for...

Liked: We liked the 24/7 shop in the lobby.
Disliked: We asked for separate blankets in the reservation. The staff ignored it. We had to carry the second blanket in our hands through the hotel lobby and the elevator. The beds weren't comfortable as promised.

Disliked: I didnt like the fact that i couldnt warm my food at the hotel/restaurant because of their policy.As an African and someone who struggles to eat food from other countries, it was worrying when i couldnt have my food heated at the hotel and barely had options because i was a visitor.Maybe a mini microwave for each floor, or a general kitchen for guests would be appreciated.
