Liked: Breakfast staff were exceptional. Clear and useful information on what was on offer. Great tasting food.
Disliked: The evening service was awful, not comfortable, I didn’t get the food I asked for but just ate it and then wanted to get out. Sat for 10 minutes awaiting plates to be removed then sat for 15 minutes awaiting acknowledgement from staff…… neither came until we left- in full knowledge I had given room number. 280. Assumed the room would be charged as we were ignored. Nope…… upon leaving we were chased down as if we weren’t going to pay. I wasn’t happy. I won’t be back.

Liked: The Buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. Only thing I didn't like was the fruit salad as they fruit tasted slightly under rip. but the hash browns, etc was lovely. Evening meal was lovely too. Spacious cosy restaurant. I also liked the fact they had swimming pool, sauna, steam room and iron AND ironing board in the room.
Disliked: No plastic bags in the bins.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Well.positioned, easily...

Liked: Location good for Guildford. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were nice polite and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Drilling going on in the room above until 5.30pm and starting again at 9am. We were seriously jet-lagged and need to sleep in. Not impressed.

The hotel is excellent but...

Liked: Excellent location and great staff.
Disliked: Ridiculous parking fee.
