Never again !

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The air con didn't work, they provided a fan where the plug was broken, staff were rude. Hardly slept as it felt like I'm in a sauna

Lovely stay otherwise good room...

Liked: The facilities for the price was very good value for money the room service
Disliked: Upon arrival was given a dirty room before a clean one, The carpets please change to wooden floor it’s gross it’s off putting.

Excellent service. We've stayed before...

Liked: The customer service was excellent - a really can do attitude from everyone. Got the breakfast time wrong on the last day but the team still produced food for us - much appreciated. Nice staff at dinner time too - Laetitia was very helpful.Good pool. Enjoyed a spa treatment.
Disliked: Minor issue with cleaning in the bedroom but sorted out in nano seconds when we called reception. Bathroom a bit dated but still perfectly functional.Didn't like paying for parking.
