Would visit again. Please give...

Liked: Cozy rooms, nice pool and hot tubs for the kiddos. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Our toilet clogged on the first flush and for the remainder of the stay would clog. Staff did come to fix it the first request but that wasn’t the end unfortunately. We just dealt with the issue since we were only staying two nights. There were a group of people just loitering in one of the conference spaces outside our room. They were so loud we had to leave our room to ask them to quiet down. (This was at 1030p mind you)

Disliked: I didn’t like breakfast. Vey poor selection of food

Disliked: What attracted to me to this hotel was the pool area for my children. The pictures are very misleading. The pool area was very old and outdated. A few of the water features weren't working at all. Lots of rust all over and water was freezing. The first room we checked into was dirty. We had to haul all of our luggage back down to the lobby to wait in line again to get another set of rooms keys. The second room had a cracked window. I called the desk to make sure I would not be charged for this since they took my card for incidentals and they insured me I would not so I put the curtain down so my children would not get injured by accident since the crack had sharp edges. Lost power due to storm which was understandable for awhile but the common areas had power just not the rooms. Power did not come back on and pool areas were shut down due to power outage which is why we picked this hotel in the 1st place. Tried to take a shower and it was also freezing cold. they said because the power was out the hot water heater was down. Left the hotel after a few hours due to all of this. Would not recommend.
