Liked: Very friendly staff; clean room; close to the skywalk! I love the city of Grand Rapids - it has a lot to offer!

Liked: Great beds and pillows; very clean; very nice staff; loved the welcome call from the front desk and located near everything. Very happy!
Disliked: No refrigerator in room and light switch for bathroom was just inside the main room door, not inside bathroom.

We went to the Mega 80's show at the Intersection and this was a perfect place to stay - reasonably priced room and close to downtown.

Liked: Nice hotel; great service; very close to downtown.

Disliked: Don’t pay the rate to include breakfast with your stay, just pay at the restaurant. You get a beverage and an $11-$12 dollar meal, if the tax and tip goes onto your hotel bill. Cheaper to pay at the restaurant.

Liked: Perfect location for the venue we were there for. Very clean and safe. Comfortable beds. So close to the Dash transportation that took us right to the park. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Liked: Decent breakfast (not included). Friendly bartender for evening cocktails/wine.
Disliked: Upon checking into the room, the fridge had been overlooked by housekeeping - the previous guest had left a bottle of wine & a container of tuna fish spread. Staff was quick to respond & clear the fridge. No compensation or discount offered. Next day the lightbulb on the desk lamp died, upon checkout I mentioned it but desk staff suggested I wasn't turning it on correctly with the room switchplate, as if it was my first day using a lamp.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient!

Liked: The bed was super comfortable and it was in a great location. Very clean and convenient.
Disliked: It was a little noisy next to the street.
