Liked: Very friendly staff; clean room; close to the skywalk! I love the city of Grand Rapids - it has a lot to offer!

Overall, great experience.

Liked: Great beds and pillows; very clean; very nice staff; loved the welcome call from the front desk and located near everything. Very happy!
Disliked: No refrigerator in room and light switch for bathroom was just inside the main room door, not inside bathroom.

We went to the Mega 80's show at the Intersection and this was a perfect place to stay - reasonably priced room and close to downtown.

Liked: Nice hotel; great service; very close to downtown.

Horrible Hotel

Liked: Nothing. They took my money and then didn't allow my pet. Even though I let them know ahead of time that I had a pet. If they didn't want a pet they should differentiate which pets they accept on the booking site and which ones they don't. So I like nothing about this place. They hustled money out of me.
Disliked: The policy is flawed. We marked off that we had pets, we showed up to the hotel, and then were told that there's a differentiation between pets that they accept and don't, but they TOOK my money. $200 of my hard earned money. I didn't get any refund. Nothing. So you charged me twice because I had to find another decent hotel that would accept me and my animals. I will make sure that I let everyone on the interwebs know what happened here. Have the day you deserve.

Liked: Rooms were very clean.
Disliked: My total for the stay was $20+ dollars more than I was suppose to pay, weird whatever okay, the hotel allows small dogs & we just so happened to be next door to a demon dog that didn’t stop barking all night long. When I mentioned it while checking okay he basically said they’ve been getting complaints all night. Sooooooooo? They didn’t seem to care. Anyways I won’t stay again but it wasn’t awful other than the dog.

Disliked: That booking.com routed my reservation wrong and the poor holiday inn staff had to take like 20 minutes to fix it. But they did, and were super nice about it, and efficient.
