Holiday Inn Grand Rapids-Airport

The room was very nice and the bed was so amazingly soft, I thought I'd never be able to get up and leave it.

Liked: Very nice room and the bed was amazingly soft.
Disliked: The pool was really small and they don't have a hot tub.

We will definitely be staying again soon.

Liked: The room was perfect for the two of us - comfy bed, hot shower. Definitely enjoyed the room after our date.
Disliked: The info about the room was a little off, but nothing too drastic - no microwave and it was a little further from the venue, but not too far.

So clean and very friendly. Loved everything about it!

Not that great

Liked: The night staff was very profession. She greeted me right away. She did not hesitate to help me .......................................................
Disliked: There were ants in my room, went into my shoes, I felt disgusted, and itchy.

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean room and the hallways smelled really good too. The location was awesome since I was here to see a concert downtown and it was only a 15 minute drive.
Disliked: The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, but when I told the staff member he was really reassuring that he’d have it looked at. The shower head was awesome pressure but definitely had some water staining which is expected but still kind of gross.

Staff needs training on customer...

Disliked: We had a horrific experience with a person working the front desk. She overcharged us $300, then yelled at us and told us “this is how hotels work.” The GM found a resolution but this was extremely unprofessional.

Liked: Close to the airport, good size rooms, VERY CLEAN.
Disliked: The pool was closed for no specific reason and was one of the reasons I booked it. Also I would have liked a few more towels.
