Liked: Location was perfect for getting to downtown Grand Haven. The facility was great! Lots of entertainment for families. Clean indoor & outdoor pool. Great restaurants& bar area! Great workout facility. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great...Grand Haven is our beach!

Liked: pool, entertainment, tiki bar, view of water and boats...it was great!
Disliked: We reserved an upper floor room with two doubles and all they had was a king room on the first floor. For the price a continental breakfast would have been nice...Almost $400 a niight.

Dirty dirty dirty and old!...

Disliked: Everything was dirty and old! Air conditioning for the building didn’t work. Restaurant had horrible food and service. For what we spent, I wouldn’t stay ever again

Would suggest adding almond milk...

Disliked: Bathroom floor was dirty and carpet needed vacuuming.

Liked: The location was convenient to downtown Grand Haven & the beach. Also, we stayed there before.
Disliked: The hotel was on a generator when we checked in, and then the hotel shut off the power to fix the problem after a few days. The A/C did not work properly, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, our room was low on kleenex, hand soap & towels. The bed was awful to sleep on, as well as the pillows. Way too soft. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience of all this caused by the hotel, but nothing was offered. We will not ever stay there again!
