Holiday Inn Gloucester / Cheltenham

A great stay and looking...

Liked: Ever member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and very helpful. Despite the hotel being on a business centre the location was quiet and felt rural with no traffic noise. Lots of trees and wildlife around the hotel. The room was far more spacious than other hotel rooms we have stayed in, it had lots of sockets and lights and the air con was much appreciated. The blackout curtains did a good job also. The beds were very comfortable with a good assortment of pillows. Great facilities.Initially the breakfast choice seemed limited but actually there was enough to suit different people.
Disliked: The soap and shower dispenser on the wall by the bath is unusable when having a bath, it is far too high to reach.
